Privacy policy
Short version: if you give us your name and phone number, we use them only to contact you about your WiFi. We never sell or share them.
What we collect
Only what you choose to send us: your name(s), phone number and, if you add them, your town or lake and the best time to call. If you use the callback form, it also records whether you checked the optional "OK to text me" box, which page you were on, the date and time, and which version of our consent wording you saw, so we have a record of what you asked for. If you call, text or email, we see your number or email address like any phone or inbox would.
How we use it
To call you back about your WiFi, schedule your free assessment and installation, and keep a simple record of the work we did for you. We'll call you back personally. No robocalls.
Text messages
We only text you if you text us first or check the optional "It's OK to text me" box on our form, and only about your assessment and appointment (for example, to confirm a time). Checking the box is never required to get a callback or to buy anything. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text and we'll stop texting you; you can also call and ask.
Who we share it with
No one, except the services that carry the message to us: our form service (Formspree, which delivers form submissions to our email) and our phone carrier. We don't sell, rent or trade your information, and we never share your number for anyone else's marketing.
Cookies and tracking
This website doesn't use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
Deleting your information
